Flow Couplings are heavy wall connectors used in tubing strings and are designed to minimize the effect of internal erosive action caused by production fluids. Flow couplings are located just above and below of flow control equipments where turbulent flow problems are likely to occur.Product Price :Get Latest Price
Open hole Packer provides mechanical isolation where high-pressure differentials are required across the packer element. The Open hole packer’s conventional compression set element sets with the application of differential pressure in excess of the anti-preset shear value.
The Open hole packer is designed to set by applying pressure at the surface to create sufficient differential pressure across the packer. A plugging device is required below the packer so that tubing pressure can be applied to set the packer.
Suitable plugging devices include, but are not restricted to, a pump-out plug, KLC (Locking Ball Landing Collar) ball seat, horizontal ball seat, or a wireline blanking plug seated in the proper landing nipple.

his is a completion accessory that facilitates completion and gravel pack operations by providing pressure and fluid sealing at selected point in completion assembly.
The O-ring sub is a simple short tubing sub with elastomeric sealing for the polished stinger used on the inner string.
During sand control operations, these accessories direct fluid flow to assist with effective fluid or gravel movement.
They can be placed at the bottom of the screen assembly.
This ensures treatment fluids are pumped all the way to the end or bottom of the production screens to promote complete screen covering with gravel

Bonded type swellable packers provide a one-trip, self-setting isolation system designed to activate and seal through the natural contact of in-situ wellbore fluids. Suitable for cased-hole and openhole well environments, bonded swellable packers are easily deployed by integrating them into tubing or casing strings or through conventional well-service operations such as coiled tubing or slickline.Product Price :Get Latest Price
Bonded type high performance swellable packer is designed for the challenges and rigors of high-performance fracture isolation. This packer’s high-strength elastomers and extrusion-control backup systems achieve high-differential pressure ratings in overgauged hole sizes. The packer can also accommodate downhole temperature changes experienced while pumping fracturing fluids.
The packer provides isolation with shorter and slimmer element designs because of it’s innovative element system.
The shorter elements aid in deployment efficiency and minimize the risks of sticking caused by buildup of excessive rubber drag or while running through high-dogleg well intervals.

hear sub is a shear joint designed for installation below the packer assembly and above the well screens.
The shear sub provides a pre-determined shear value that enables easy retrieval of the packer while leaving the screen in place.
The shear value of the sub is readily verifiable and adjustable in the field.
During workover operations, having a shear sub in place eliminates the need to run an electric line for cutting blank pipe below the packer.
The shear sub is designed and constructed so that torque is transmitted through the bottom hole assembly (BHA), enabling rotation of the screens during deployment.
In fishing operations, when the shear sub is parted, the OD of the portion remaining in the well is of similar diameter with the thread OD of the original pipe string, ensuring the remaining sub does not impede fishing attempts or running a wash-pipe over the screen setting.

The Bullnose is a blanking device used at the end of the string. Its primary function is to prevent flow from entering the bottom end of the string, whilst its rounded nose design provides a positives guide while running in hole. Bull noses come in standard tool joint thread configurations and can be modified on location to best fit the application for which they are being used.Explore More Products
